The dedicated antidote for contaminated-zone gas exposure.

What it does

  • Counteracts the toxic effects of chemical contamination
  • Stops the ongoing damage from gas exposure
  • Clears the poisoning far faster than waiting it out

When to use it

  • Immediately after leaving a contaminated zone
  • When a gas mask filter failed and you took a lungful
  • After being caught in a gas grenade

What it does NOT treat

warning
  • Anything while you are still inside the contaminated zone
  • Bacterial or viral infections
  • Health already lost to the gas — eat and drink to recover that

Important notes

  • Leave the zone first; the antidote cannot outpace continuous exposure
  • Found in and around contaminated zones and military medical loot
  • Charcoal tablets are the fallback if you have no antidote
