When to use it

  • Right after a fight or a bad fall, before you need to shoot again
  • When pain sounds are giving your position away
  • Alongside a splint, to make a broken leg bearable

What it does NOT treat

  • The injury itself — it only masks the pain
  • Broken legs; you still need morphine or a splint
  • Bleeding, which still needs a bandage
  • Any infection or disease

Important notes

  • Masking pain does not stop the underlying damage
  • Effects last around ten minutes
  • Very common loot — carry a spare
